As Medivanta supplies medical consumables and specialised B2B products, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We may accept returns in the following situations:
- The items received are incorrect
- The products arrive damaged
- The goods do not match the agreed specification
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and regulatory requirements, certain medical products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds or replacements will be confirmed once goods have been inspected and verified.
